I got into fitness through mixed martial arts—but what changed everything was helping my wife recover from a serious car accident.

That experience showed me how powerful the right training can be—not just for performance, but for real life.

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help people move better, get stronger, and take control of their health in a way that actually lasts.

I hold multiple certifications through ISSA, including personal training, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise, nutrition, and transformation coaching.
